The American Council of Cannabis Medicine announced Industry standardization to facilitate patient interactions at pharmacies and Dispensaries through Elevated States program.
WASHINGTON, DC, JUNE 23, 2022 -- Today the American Council of Cannabis Medicine announces that channel partners EM2P2, CannaScripts and Member First Health Network have been selected to provide necessary expanded services to facilitate insurance and third party payer interactions for the Next Frontier initiative. The complete solution group has been working with ACCM leadership, State Excel and Medical Cannabis Industry Liaison Committees building out the background operational systems for the Elevated States and Stay on Target programs rolling out across the country Summer of 2022. Today the total solution can provide any needed technical facilitation, and is built to operate through any industry transition or adaptation. They complete system mirrors and is compatible with current functionality in the traditional pharma space.
Three Critical Points:
1. ACCM's program and platform (ecosystem) meets all standards currently employed in the traditional pharma industry. The program and technical elements have been developed to accommodate the changing environment necessary to bring third party payers to the industry in mass.
2. The working oversight group has under the direction of the Professional Transition Committee has benchmarked the best of insurance, pharmacy and health community industry standard and developed the programming that will accommodate medical cannabis as a prescription (once federally legal) and accommodate the current market and all transitions as they occur.
3.) The ecosystem has been created to stay ahead of the evolution of the industry. As such, our working teams will expand with the formal work of the Next Frontier Task Force. The task force's primary objective is to expand professional engagement that leads to the expansion of insurance and third party participation in the evolution of medical-cannabis.
